How do you want your ceremony to feel?
I always ask my couple’s how they see there day and how they want it to feel. This can be a hard question at time. It is really important to have a ceremony that reflects you and your relationship. Would you like it to be fun, relaxed, light-hearted, traditional, serious, formal, romantic, mushy, the sky is the limit, you have your ceremony the way you want to. Part of my role is to help you with this. I always listen to your needs, wants and help you put together a ceremony that reflects you.
As your celebrant I take great pride in creating a ceremony that will suit you, but also one you will feel comfortable with. No matter whether you have a small ceremony or a large ceremony it will be special. I also appreciate family traditions, cultures and including this into your ceremony.
A part from your vows and exchanging rings think about other parts of your ceremony. Would you like readings, poems, rituals, dancing, singing and the list goes on. Would you like to involve your parents, siblings or other family members. I will work with you on these types of things to ensure you celebrate your ceremony.
When thinking about your ceremony, reflect on your relationship and who you both are. Follow your heart and your ceremony will be one to remember forever.
