Details of your packages
The Gateway Package
The Comfort Inn Cumberland is located in Cessnock, the gateway to the Hunter Valley wine country. Located in a quiet location off the main street where they offer quality accommodation to suit your budget. This accommodation is located in walking distance to local restaurants, cafes, shopping and other local services and a short drive to our wineries. The friendly staff will ensure your stay is comfy and relaxing.
The Heritage Package
Potters Brewery Resort is 3 ½ star accommodation set in the heart of beautiful wine country. Potters offers great facilities situated on eleven acres of landscaped gardens, Potters provides the perfect setting for your Hunter Valley experience. Your stay will be in a king villa including breakfast both mornings and a dinner voucher to Potters pub for one night of your stay. Potters Brewery Resort has great facilities such as, restaurant, pub, brewery, day spa and recreational activities.
The Vintage Package
Château Élan at the Vintage spa, golf and conference resort is set in the Hunter Valley offering a luxurious escape for the weekend. Your 2 nights stay will be in a spa king room including breakfast for both mornings in the vintage cafe and dinner one night of your stay in the legends grill. This resort offers a wide range of luxury facilities including, 18 hole golf course, Destination Day Spa, Restaurant and recreational facilities. Château Élan is in the heart of luxurious wineries and offers you to relax and have everything you need at your finger tips for your elopement weekend.

Celebrant
Your Ceremony will be conducted by a professional and vibrant Celebrant and your ceremony will be conducted at a location of your choosing (popular locations can be provided).
A personalised ceremony will be designed for you. The celebrant will work with you to ensure your ceremony is perfect. You will receive a ‘keepsake copy’ of your ceremony printed and you will also receive a marriage certificate and a name change kit, which will allow you to change your name with Births Deaths & Marriages.
Your Marriage will be registered with the registry of NSW Births Deaths & Marriages.
All documentation will be attended to by your celebrant. Your celebrant will work closely with you to ensure all legal paper work is completed properly. This will be done by distance and face to face.
A rehearsal is included if required before your ceremony.
Photographer
Karen’s Natural Photography will provide a professional service for your elopement. With 20 years experience Karen’s Natural Photography has a great passion for capturing natural photos catering to your personality.
Your photographer will capture those precious moments during your ceremony and work with you to ensure those intimate moments are captured as Mr & Mrs after your ceremony.
You will receive all photos taken of your wedding on a DVD for you to keep. These photos are yours and give you the opportunity to print as many as you would like at your leisure for your family and friends. Your DVD will be given to you in a personalised folder and the photos will be of a high res quality.
We can even have your favourite songs added to the DVD and transformed into a beautiful slideshow for you for a minimal fee.
Hair Style
An appointment will be made for you with a local professional hair stylist. The appointment will be made to be at your accommodation. If not an accommodation package you will be responsible for your own transport to a local hair salon.
Bride Bouquet
This will be supplied by a local florist. Your bouquet will be beautiful in season flowers (this is generally roses), specific flowers may be ordered but fees may apply.
Conditions for elopement packages
- Prices are subject to change without notice as they are based on rates/charges and current price will be advised on request of quotation
- Accommodation is subject to availability and may not be available during peak times (concerts & long weekends)
- If nominated accommodation is not available we will check other accommodation places to the same standards
- Accommodation is only for the bride and groom
- 31 days notice (submittion of NOIM form to celebrant) is required by law for marriage to take place
- A maximum 10 guests to be eligible for an elopement
- A deposit will be required at time of booking to secure accommodation. This will be advised at time if quotation
- Optional extras will be on a set fees basis and will be included in quotation if requested
